- Links from the BPM & Key Finder can preset the key change (for example ?semitones=-2)
Tips
- Large changes (below 70% or above 150%, or more than ±5 semitones) can sound phasey. Small steps sound most natural.
- Find the song's key first with the BPM & Key Finder, then pick the target key there.
FAQ
Does changing speed change the pitch?
No. Speed and key are adjusted separately, so you can slow a song down and keep it in the same key.
How much can I change the key?
Up to 12 semitones (one octave) up or down.
Can another tool send me here with a key already set?
Yes. The BPM & Key Finder links here with the semitone value preset; press Apply to use it.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Processing runs on your device.
