Karaoke Maker - Remove Vocals Free

Turn any song into a karaoke backing track by removing the vocals with AI. Upload your song and the AI separates it into vocals, instruments, drums, and bass. Keep just the instrumental track for karaoke practice. The AI model runs in your browser, so your music files are never uploaded to any server. No sign-up required.

When to use it

How to use

  4. Listen to each separated track individually.
  5. Download the instrumental (karaoke) track or any other separated stem.

How it works

Vocal removal uses a deep neural network model that runs in your browser via WebAssembly. The model analyzes the audio spectrum and separates it into stems: vocals, drums, bass, and other instruments. Processing time depends on the song length and your device speed. Because everything runs locally, your files are never sent to a server. How to verify. Also available as a free REST API for developers and AI agents (edge-processed, zero retention).

Also available as: Vocal Remover (all stems)

FAQ

How accurate is the vocal removal?

Modern AI separation is quite good, but not perfect. You may hear slight artifacts or vocal remnants, especially in songs where the vocals overlap heavily with instruments.

Can I keep just the vocals?

Yes. The tool separates vocals and instruments, so you can download either one.

What formats are supported?

Input: MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, FLAC, and other browser-supported formats. Output depends on the stem you choose.

How long does processing take?

Processing depends on song length and device speed. A 3-minute song typically takes 30-60 seconds.

Is my music uploaded?

No. The AI runs entirely in your browser. Your music files stay on your device. Copyright responsibility is yours.
