FAQ
Why is the iPhone limit 40 seconds?
iPhone ringtones longer than about 40 seconds are not accepted, so the M4R button turns off above that length.
Is my file uploaded?
No. Cutting and encoding happen in your browser.
The M4R button is disabled. Why?
Either the section is longer than 40 seconds or your browser can't encode AAC. Try a recent Chrome, Edge or Safari, or save an MP3.
Can I use any song?
Use songs you own or have the rights to. Personal ringtones from your own purchases are generally fine; sharing them is not.
